Shipping Policy

At Elahi Prints, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing time

Most orders are prepared within 2–3 business days, excluding public holidays. Customised and bulk orders may need additional time depending on the artwork, product and quantity. We will confirm the expected timeline before production where needed.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges are shown at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹3,000 within India.

Delivery

We ship through trusted carriers including DTDC, India Post and Delhivery. After dispatch, most domestic orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Order tracking

When your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you so you can follow its delivery status online.

Customised products

Please check spelling, names, artwork and customisation details carefully before placing your order. Customised products cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun, except where an item is damaged, defective or different from the approved order details.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with an appropriate resolution.
